I’ve just reserve myself (thanks to Elwyn Lee) a Hayashi bodyshell, an alloy spur adaptor (my standard Yokomo DP has a fixed spur to the shaft, not to sure which model this was but I know Yokomo DP dah banyak version nowdays sampai pening aku) and also a front 1-way (broke my 1-way few months ago, yup the diff broke into pieces, probably seized or something, whatever). And again, I’m planning to upgrade to a faster motor (last time I had 10.5T BL). I’m planning to get LRP X12 if the price is right. How many turns? (Well probably need to survey first on the popularity nowadays in Malaysia since I wasn’t in KL for a while). Need to beef up the motor to cope this drifters nowadays, I think mostly runs to 60,000rpm (I think la, I could be wrong, nanti kita survey). And lastly, tires. Well I was doscussing these issue with Faisal Asri sometime ago, I will start of with the hardest available tires and in the case a need to get more traction from the tires, I’ll probably swap to softer ones later. First things first, hardest tires. And I also orderd some 45C batteries from Wan aka Crabsteer (45C rasa nya, or is it 40C), tak ingat pulak but the point is to get above 40C. And some might ask what happen to the DMAX plan? Well I’m gonna try Ezan’s & Naqy’s car first (probably Naqy’s la, since Ezan is a ***** ) then tengok lah decide later. To be continued…
